In the event of any changes (change of date, number of guests, etc.) or cancellations, please contact us via email or telephone.
Please note that any cancellations or changes to your reservation cannot be made via the website.
- In the event of any changes to your reservation, your previous reservation will first be cancelled.
- In the event of changes or cancellations, a cancellation fee will apply starting as of the period stated below. This cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
【Cancellation Fees】
- From three days before performance day to 6:00pm the day before performance day: 50% of purchase price
- After 6:00pm the day before performance day: 100% of purchase price
- No-shows: 100% of list price
- Refunds not provided for miscellaneous costs in addition to the cost of service ( costs of transportation, room and board, etc.)
